FOR A REGISTRATION, FOLLOW THE STEPS

STEP ONE

Prerequisite:

To start the registration process with MiLAT, you must be between the age 16-19 years and have completed AT LEAST THREE (3) YEARS OF SECONDARY SCHOOL EDUCATION.

STEP TWO

Gather your documents:

Four (4) passport size photographs of yourself.

One (1) copy of your Parent or Guardian’s valid Trinidad and Tobago Identification card.

One (1) copy of your Identification Card/Passport

One (1) copy of your valid Trinidad and Tobago Birth Certificate.

One (1) copy of your Immunization Card.

One (1) valid Transcript from your last secondary school.

One (1) valid bank account on your name. No joint account.

STEP THREE

Complete the Registration Form

Download the Application Form (letter; paper size 8 1/2′ x 11′). The medical section of the Application Form must be filled out by your Physician!

Download the Behavioural Matrix Form (letter; paper size 8 1/2′ x 11′). This form must be filled out by your last secondary school.

You can also get assistance with the Registration Form by visiting the MiLAT Human Resource Office, in Mausica, or any of the ttconnect office locations across Trinidad and Tobago.

STEP FOUR

Drop off your Package

Please ensure that you have all of your documents from Step Two.

Make sure the Application Form, together with the Behavioural Matrix, are fully completed.

Drop off your package at the MiLAT Human Resource Office.
